12 oz. spaghetti
container ricotta cheese
1/2 c. grated
pinch pepper and nutmeg
- Cook spaghetti as label directs; drain.
- In skillet, cook 6 slices diced bacon over medium heat until browned. Drain on paper towels.
- In blender, mix ricotta cheese, Pecorino Romano cheese, eggs, pepper, nutmeg and ½ cup milk.
- In saucepot, combine pasta, ricotta mixture, bacon and 1 ½ cups milk; stir. Spoon into 2½-quart baking dish. Bake at 375ºF for 35 to 40 minutes, until nearly set and golden around edges. Let sit 10 minutes before serving.
